In MPCVault, quorum is used in both the "Signing requests" and "Team & policies" pages.
Signing request page
Quorum refers to the minimum number of participants required for the event. For example, if your vault requires a quorum of 3 for certain transactions, then those transactions can only be completed if at least 3 authorized personnel participate.
Team & policies page
Manager quorum refers to the minimum number of vault managers required to process requests for editing members or changing transaction policies. It is important to note that the manager quorum can't be greater than the number of current vault managers. To increase the total quorum size, add a new manager or change the role of existing members from " Member/Viewer " to " Manager ".
