# Apple ID Relay Email

> If you plan to log in to MPCVault using Sign in with Apple and select Hide My Email, Apple will generate a unique, random **@privaterelay.appleid.com** address for your account.

MPCVault uses email to deliver organization invitations, transaction notifications, and product updates. Your administrator must send your invite to this exact Private Relay address.

## Best practice

To avoid relay delays and ensure seamless team onboarding, we recommend registering via:

* Continue with Google
* Sign up with Email (using the exact email address where you received the invitation)

## How to find your private Apple relay email

Before your administrator sends the invitation, retrieve your relay address and ensure email forwarding is active:

**On iPhone / iPad**:

1. Open **Settings** > tap your **Apple ID** > **Sign in with Apple**.
2. Select **MPCVault** from the list of apps.
3. **Long press** the email address under Hide My Email (ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com) to copy it, then send it to your administrator.

**On Mac**:

1. Open System **Settings** > click your **Apple ID** > **Sign in with Apple**.
2. Click **MPCVault** to view your relay email address.
3. Copy the address and then send it to your administrator.

<Note>
  Note for Admins: If the user uses Apple's "Hide My Email," make sure to invite their @privaterelay.appleid.com address to ensure proper organization access.
</Note>

<Note>
  Revoking access or turning off Forward To in your Apple ID settings will result in not receiving emails. To restore email delivery, log out of MPCVault and log in again using Sign in with Apple to re-authorize access.
