# Device Troubleshooting

> Common fixes for MPCVault app, web, and browser extension issues.

## Mobile App

| Issue                | Solution                                         |
| -------------------- | ------------------------------------------------ |
| General glitches     | Restart your device                              |
| Login errors         | Verify device time and time zone are correct     |
| Data not loading     | Switch networks (Wi-Fi/mobile) or disable VPN    |
| Features not working | Update to the latest app version                 |
| Missing features     | Check app permissions (storage, camera, network) |

## Web Console

| Issue               | Solution                                          |
| ------------------- | ------------------------------------------------- |
| Display issues      | Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) |
| Unexpected behavior | Clear browser cache and cookies                   |

## Browser Extension
