# Quorum

> The minimum number of approvers required for transactions and settings changes.

A quorum is the minimum number of participants required to complete an action.

## Transaction Quorum

The number of approvers needed to sign a transaction. If a vault requires a quorum of 3, at least 3 authorized members must participate.
